Today the Chronicle has a story about Burning Man, the leave-no-trace and do-no-harm event in Black Rock desert, NV, turning 20 years old. They have photos, videos, notebook, and culture blog. Read about it…

More than 35,000 people gathered Saturday night in a great circle around the Burning Man for which the weeklong arts festival is named, each with his or her own interpretation of the fire's significance.

Additionally, Zach Slow makes the front page of the SF Chronicle (and again here) with his ploy to get random with Lady Soverign.

Lady Sovereign is a pint-sized British rapper who was discovered by Jay-Z, frequently wears a sideways ponytail and is currently touring behind her much buzzed-about debut EP, Vertically Challenged. Zach Slow is a San Francisco hipster who's looking to take her on a date when she's in town for a show with the Streets at the Fillmore on June 9.

All it's going to take is $10,000.
